The 2009 Employee Ownership Annual Conference is designed to provide learning and networking opportunities while offering the flexibility to choose from sessions with a wide range of subjects and complexity. Keynote speaker for the 2009 Employee Ownership Conference will be Colleen Barrett, President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines Co. In 2005 she was ranked as 52 on the Most Powerful Women’s list by Forbes Magazine. Ms. Barrett has an amazing personal story and Southwest Airlines (which provides broad based stock options) has an exemplary ownership culture that is inspirational.
